Watches sold through Watch Shop BD are sourced through direct import rather than through intermediaries. To support authenticity, products are paired with international warranty cards and, where applicable, original boxes and booklets, and customers receive this documentation at the point of sale.

Warranty coverage differs by brand rather than following one fixed rule. In general, warranty terms run from one to five years depending on the brand, and cover the watch movement, with the battery separately covered for six months on eligible products. Warranty does not cover physical damage. We'd rather state this plainly than leave buyers to assume broader coverage than what actually applies, and we encourage checking the specific terms for a brand or product before buying, through our warranty policy page.

We assure you that all Products sold on watchshop-bd.com are brand new. In case the product you have received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’, or ‘Not as Described’, you can exchange/return it within 3 days and we will solve your issue within the next 7 working days (Outside Dhaka 10 days), after receiving your notification. You can have a Refund as well.
